Retreat Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

Your booking is considered binding once your place has been confirmed in writing and the required payment (deposit or full amount) has been received.

If a deposit is paid, the remaining balance must be settled by the communicated due date prior to the retreat start. Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of your place.

All prices are stated in EUR unless otherwise noted.

2. Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited number of places and the nature of retreat planning, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Up to 60 days before retreat start:
  50% of the total retreat price is refundable (minus any non-refundable processing or payment provider fees).

• 59–30 days before retreat start:
  25% of the total retreat price is refundable.

• Less than 30 days before retreat start:
  No refunds can be issued.

If a deposit was paid, it is considered part of the total retreat price and is subject to the same cancellation policy.

Cancellations due to personal circumstances, including travel or visa-related issues, are subject to the same policy.

3. Transfer of Booking

You may transfer your booking to another person with prior written approval, provided the replacement participant meets the retreat requirements.

Any price differences, administrative costs, or changes remain the responsibility of the original participant. Room changes or downgrades are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Retreat Changes or Cancellation by the Organizer

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the retreat program, schedule, facilitators, or location if required due to unforeseen circumstances.

In the unlikely event that the retreat must be cancelled by the organizer, all payments made to Studio Suparman Breton will be refunded in full. Any additional costs (such as flights, visas, insurance, or personal expenses) remain the responsibility of the participant.

5. Travel, Insurance & Responsibility

Participants are responsible for arranging and covering all aspects of their travel, including but not limited to:

• Flights and transportation

• Visa requirements and entry permits

• Valid passports and travel documentation

• Health, travel, and cancellation insurance

Studio Suparman Breton is not responsible for visa approvals, entry denials, or any costs or consequences arising from incomplete, delayed, or invalid travel documentation.

By booking, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate in the retreat activities and take full responsibility for your own wellbeing throughout the retreat.

6. Health & Participation

The retreat includes coaching, yoga, sound healing, and other embodied practices. These offerings are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, injuries, or special needs that may affect your participation.

Participation in all activities is voluntary, and participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and personal boundaries at all times.

7. Liability

Studio Suparman Breton, its facilitators, and partners shall not be held liable for:

• Personal injury, illness, or accidents

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

• Delays, disruptions, or changes caused by third parties or circumstances beyond reasonable control

Participation in the retreat is at your own risk.

8. Force Majeure

No liability shall arise from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or acts of nature.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
