In this 3-hour New Year Ceremony, you are invited into a nourishing blend of balinese ceremonial cacao, grounding yoga, and a deeply restorative sound bath. A held, open space to pause, realign, and set clear intentions for 2026.

We begin with a cacao ceremony to open the heart and support presence and emotional clarity, followed by a New-Year yoga practice that prepares body and breath, offers stability, and creates space for what is ready to emerge.
The journey closes with a deep sound bath played on Alchemy Crystal Bowls, allowing your intentions to settle and your nervous system to fully relax.

Open to all levels — for anyone wishing to start the year grounded, clear, and intentionally.
