This will be a dynamic Hatha-Vinyasa Flow designed to ease you into movement with presence and breath.
We’ll build warmth slowly, moving through steady postures, soft transitions, and moments of stillness that let the body speak in its own tempo. Expect a balance of strength and release, spacious cueing, and a pace that welcomes beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
The class is open to all levels. Beginners will find clear guidance, safe foundations, and supportive alignment cues. Those with more experience will have options to explore depth, strength, and nuance in familiar shapes. We move with clarity and intention, allowing everyone to meet their own pace.
We’ll close with a sound bath to settle the nervous system and let the practice sink in — a quiet exhale at the end of the day.

About me
I’m Selena, co-founder of Studio Suparman Breton. I’ve been practicing yoga since 2012, carrying my mat through many chapters of living abroad. Because of that, my entire yoga journey has unfolded in English. When I moved to Potsdam last year, I noticed something missing: a space to practice yoga in English — to breathe, move, and connect without switching languages in the body.
I recently became a certified yoga teacher and sound healer, giving form to something that has lived in me for over a decade. To explore whether an English-speaking yoga community exists here, I’m offering a series of free classes. It’s an invitation to gather, move, and see what wants to grow.
