A conscious opening ritual to welcome the new year with clarity, momentum, and intention.
In this three-hour ceremony, you are invited to arrive fully, reconnect with your inner direction, and step into the year ahead with purpose. Through ceremonial cacao, dynamic movement, and restorative sound, we create space to set clear intentions and activate the energy of new beginnings.
We begin with a balinese cacao ritual, opening the heart and supporting presence, focus, and emotional clarity. This flows into a New-Year Vinyasa practice inspired by the Year of the Horse — fluid, rhythmic, and forward-moving. The practice invites a sense of momentum, strength, and freedom, preparing body and breath to move confidently into what lies ahead. The journey concludes with a deep sound bath played on Alchemy Crystal Bowls, allowing your intentions to settle, integrate, and land deeply in the body.
The session is taught in German.

About me
Hello lovely people, I’m Selena — co-founder of Studio Suparman Breton.
I teach dynamic Vinyasa and grounded Hatha flows that blend clarity, mindfulness, and precise alignment. My classes are open to all levels, especially for those who want to deepen their practice and enjoy working on clean alignment, balance poses, and inversions.
Yoga has been part of my life since 2012, accompanying me through many chapters of living abroad. My entire practice has grown naturally in English, teaching me to guide with presence, ease, and an attuned sense of the body. When I moved to Potsdam last year, I noticed something missing: a space to practice yoga in English — to breathe, move, and connect without switching languages in the body.
I recently became a certified yoga teacher and sound healer, giving form to something that has lived within me for over a decade. I am now a teacher at Yoga Gold Studio here in Potsdam, where I regularly teach classes and hold ceremonies - mainly in German though.
Each session closes with a sound bath that opens the space and allows the practice to gently echo within.
